Wyld Sauna, the UK’s first-ever public floating sauna, has opened in the heart of Liverpool Water’s Princes Dock.  Complete with a luxurious 30-person sauna, four ice baths provided by Urban Ice Tribe, two cold waterfall showers, four heated outdoor showers equipped with salt rubs, beautiful changing rooms with elevated finishes, as well as direct access into the water at Princes Dock for a refreshing post-sauna dip, Wyld Sauna provides the person inner city escape where guests can breathe and unwind.

Wyld Sauna will also have carefully crafted coffee, acai bowls, buddha bowls. grab-and-go salads, protein balls, refreshing juices and smoothies from Liverpool’s health and wellbeing eatery Pomegranate who will have a dedicated kiosk, as well as electrolyte water to ensure guests are hydrated following their sauna experience.
