Success for 16 Robertson Street and new tenants secured

Leading architects, property experts and low-carbon district heat specialists have all chosen the building for their Glasgow business base.
Waterside regeneration specialists Peel Waters have seen a wave of success in Scotland after securing thirteen new lettings in their historic 16 Robertson Street office building, bringing their total number of tenants within the distinctive building to sixteen.

original interior and exterior features from the 1800s

Built in 1885, the striking Grade A listed building is situated in the heart of Glasgow’s International Financial Services District, whilst also benefiting from being next to the spectacular River Clyde. The building still features many of its original interior and exterior features from the 1800s including naval themed stained-glass windows, ceramic tiles and domed ceilings.
The new Tenants join longer term tenants Clyde Consulting/House of Hearing (Private Medical), Peel Ports and Peel Waters, who chose the unique building for their Scotland Head Quarters.

The recent lettings follow a surge of good news for Glasgow, after being ranked the second-best UK city for work-life balance (Startups Cities Index) as well as being named one of the best cities in the world by tourism and real estate advisory service Resonance Consultancy.

flexible and inclusive workspace

16 Robertson Street offers flexible and inclusive workspace ranging from 7,617 sq. ft, all the way down to 196 sq. ft/ one desk options, which has been particularly appealing to smaller businesses and scale ups.
Future focused Scottish architects practice ‘BARD’; low-carbon district heating and large scale energy infrastructure consultants ‘Ener-Vate’ and independent property and investment advisors ‘MATH Real Estate Partners’ are just a few of the many businesses to recently take space within 16 Robertson Street.
